Here are a few questions you might like to consider:

Do you face any challenges as a direct result of living in a rural area and attending a rural school?

Is there any difference between the needs of a rural and an urban learner?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of being in a rural school?

What would you like to see teachers, educationalists, and Government ministers do to improve your school experience?

How can you use your environment to your advantage when developing your gifts and talents?

What opportunities are there that you can seek resources and advice about your gift and talent?

What additional things can i do to encourage and develop my child’s interest at home in a positive and fun way?

How can other family members or friends become involved in my child’s interest?

Where do i need more support to help my child?

When can i encourage other services who are involved in my child's life to support a gift or talent?

How can you support your child to attend opportunities, resources and support which is offered through school or the wider community?

How can school and parents work collaboratively to address some of the characteristics which may enhance a gift or talent?

What aspects and features of G&T education can we develop easily for greater inclusion of those who appear to show underachievement because of factors of isolation and rurality?
